Had to change rooms as the first was really small and I could not get into the shower cubicle at all..the tour leader had explained this and the next room was bigger. Clean room,sheets and bathroom but the noise from the pipes meant one up, allup. Breakfast was just about OK. Usual Cosmos tour quality. more

Stayed here in May with the Splendors of Italy tour with Cosmos with my husband. Hotel is way outside Florence in the next to next town! BUT, by train it is just 23 mins and costs about 2-3 euro for a pleasant journey. By the tour bus it takes 1 hour to Florence cos of traffic. Rooms are no longer... more
