We didn't get anything for breakfast except stale croissants and instant coffee. We had to drag out suitcases up and down three flights of stairs...no one to help. Clerk could not speak (at all - no voice) and we could not understand him. TV did not work. Bed uncomfortable. Unfortunately these conditions seem typical in Italy.
