Not a hotel to spend your full time in. Rooms, especially bathrooms are very classical set-up and designed. Not cleaned to the max. Breakfast is very average. Location very far out of town. Staff not remarkable.

We are currently at the Hilton Metropole in Florence. The staff from the front desk to the executive lounge are amazing. They are very warm and very helpful. This is a great hotel, situated within 15 mnts drive from the Central Station in Florence or a short tram ride with a bus connection.
