Nice hotel with an excellent location - within walking distance of everything in Florence. Staff was very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The rooms and bathroom were clean. If they included breakfast it would be perfect because it was a bit difficult to find an affordable breakfast on a weekend morning.

It is good. Location, convenient, nice desk people (very nice), but they really need to clean theses rooms.
