I stayed in this hotel 2 nights in May, and it was ok. Very good location, 10 minutes walk from center of Florence. It's a cheap hotel, the rooms are basic. Wifi is available and free of charge. Nearby are restaurants and bars. It's value for money.

My best recommendation for this hotel is: Bring your own bed! It was one of the worst beds I've ever slept in. Hotel Palazzuolo is a basic hotel on the cheaper side which we found to be perfect for us.
