Booking cancellation just because they suddenly decided not to accept specific credit card (although it's given as a payment option!), and not even possibility to pay with a bank transfer or another card. A great place to stay in Firenze! Great hosts, lovely comfortable room, close to everything. Walk out your door and there is Firenze! Bustling with people, steeped in history and the coffee.... wow! you must go to Chiar scur for coffee near by. loved it and will go back again one day!!
