Everyone was very friendly, helpful and attentive. This was my second stay in Florence, and the first time at Hotel Alessandra, and it was the best location, most pleasant and best value that I have stayed at. A more basic hotel, but I will certainly return here for my next visit to Florence.

This was 2nd stay at Benivieni, and we were mot disappointed. Location is 2 blocks from Duomo. Many restaurants, gelato and bars nearby. As well as, a market on the next street for sandwiches, cold cuts, cheese or whatever you fancy. There are 15 rooms with heat or air, depending on the season.
