walking distance from the center we stayed in a big room with 3 beds, one micro bathroom but nice

Very convenient for walking into town. Noisy at nite. Shower near toilet was a joke. Everything got wet. Bath towels were like a tablecloth. Creepy guy at nite, no English. Wi- fi was 5 euro , didn't work well. Not bad on the wallet.

The only thing to ruin the fantastic Florence experience is that hotel. Very arrogant owner, unbelievable dirty bathroom-to have a shower is an experience-, very dirty room, brooken closets, dirty and very old sheets,towels etc. GO AWAY FAST!!!

to come out of any corner.... This place is simply ghastly, run down and frightening. To sum up: the toilet was NOT working, no shower, but only a shower head above the toilet with the drain NOT working properly. I thought the reviews bagging this place were exaggerated, but they are not. The drain in the bathroom was blocked, and as there was no designated shower area, showering with the hand-held shower head flooded the bathroom and water leaked into the bedroom. The only thing this place had going for it was the location. Staff were rude (apart from the young man who works in the afternoons, I think his name was Domarosso).
