Great hotel. A four stars no doubt. We prepaid the room and arrived very late. Lady from front desk (Giada,very nice girl) gave us room keys, knew that we were tired and did not delay at all checkin. The best thing is the location. It's close to a lot of touristic points and train station. The Palazzo, is quiet, confortable, the staff is helpfull. But don't expect a fancy place as the title "Palazzo"can suggest. More
