This is the kind of hotel where staff goes the extra-mile to pamper the client. I can't find one single flaw. Location can't be better: a few steps from the Uffizi Gallery, and right on the Arno river. Not even five-star hotels like the St. Regis and the Westin are so close. I definitely recommend this hotel. More
