Nice hotel in perfect location in florence. The staff were all delightful and so warm and welcoming. My room was quiet and perfect for what i needed. I look forward to returning one day. The hotel was recommended to me by a collegue and i will happily pass the reccomendation along to others. More

The receptionist ( night shift ) was lazy and didn't even bother to show us where is our room , which by the way was a quiz to find and took us 10 minutes! And of course don't even think about that it's 4 star hotel,2 stars maximum! More

On arrival we found the foyer to be closed for renovations and we had to book in at the adjoining hotel. The check in staff were great and wxtremely helpful. Old building and they make three hotels one next to other. For breakfast you must go to the next hotel from stairs inside. At the room, carpets are old and not clean. Air condition works for cold air on warm. At the bathroom is missing one door. Nothing to see from the windows. Location of the hotel is very good. More
