Rather small and simple hotel in the very centre of Firenze (near Ponte Vecchio) in and old building with high ceilings . The most attractive and interesting thing- is a kind of tower on the roof from where you may observe the city. Very beautiful!

The maintenance could improve on the cleanliness of the rooms. The location is perfect for all the main attractions. Valentina was exceptional. She manages the bar at the tower and also can be seen at breakfast. She provided a personal tour of the skyline from the top of the tower which made the trip extra special!

We stayed a full week at this hotel. The hotel staff were most helpful and very tolerant of Amercan tourists. (Some American tour groups were a bit loud and obnoxious, trying my patience, but the hotel staff were always courteous). The breakfast was very good with service to match.
