“Don't book directly on their website! Not all rooms are suites”

This hotel wants Tripadvisor guests and offers them a special 10% discount yet doesn't want to honor it and doesn't say what rooms it applies to. Out of the 6 hotels I've ever stayed at in Italy, this one, by far is the best hotel I've stayed in. While the room wasn't massive by American standards, it was certainly roomy. An interesting alternative to traditional 4* hotels...more luxurious (equivalent to 5*), huge space, all new, ideally located....in counterpart no service (just one person at the desk), no restaurant, no lobby. Bottom line a very good price/quality ratio for the ones who don't expect hotel services. More
