You can see why David is rated so highly for service. Superb people and incredibly helpful. Rooms are lovely with fabulous bathrooms. location is good for all the sights. Gluten free breakfast choice was very welcome.

A beautiful comfortable hotel 20 minutes walk from centre of Florence. Well furnished with good water pressure and windows you can open. Lovely bath products and a free mini bar in the room.
