The Hotel Roma is bit like Florence -elegant,classy and nothing over the top. Very professional staff,great rooms,really roomy with excellent views.The location is very convenient,everything within 1 km reach.The breakfast is great as well(though it could do with more options with eggs,breads). Simply liked the hotel stay and no complaints whatsoever.

We spent 6 nights at the Roma. The location was excellent and in walking distance of all the major attractions.. Close to all the sights as well as the train and bus station.The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed. The bathroom appeared new and the hot water was outstanding.

I spent 5 nights at the hotel with 2 friends. I was my first visit to Firenze and the location was great. We could walk to all the locations we wanted to visit. My room at the hotel was very fine and clean and the bathroom seemed to be new. The staff was a kind and a very professional team.

Spent there 4 nights with my family (3 kids) . Got 2 rooms. Excellent rooms, clean and very nice bathrooms. Kind and professional team. Very good places around for dinner. The only improvement needed is the breakfast, good but not exceptional.
