Room was fine, hotel staff ok (compared to other hotels on our Italy trip they definatley were not up to par) and breakfast was very typical of any continental breakfast in Italy, decent and adequate. great location in the middle of florence and near the train station. room was a good size and was very clean. old fashioned in style but i liked that nice terraced area near the pool for drinks. reception staff very nice. we onlt paid 60 euro per night for the room so really good value More

This was our first stay here. This was by far the most helpful staff I've encountered. They booked concerts, dinner reservations, and handed me a box breakfast when we left at 6 am. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is near Piazza Santa Maria Novella. We highly recommend it. More
