Fabio at the front desk is unbelievable. He gave us recommendations for almost every meal we had, he obtained third row tickets for a classical music show at the old opera house and also made recommendations and reservations for a boat ride, museums, etc. The hotel is great t begin with but he made this the experience of a lifetime.

The hotel is excellently positioned and a step away from Florence's hustle and bustle. Very happy and would yore commend to anyone. No restaurant but good for breakfast. Plenty of places to eat everywhere.

Great location short walk from SMN station on way to Piazza Duomo. Ate in one night - restaurant very quiet but food was great and lovely staff. Rooms very good, good breakfast and front desk staff extremely helpful. Would stay again.
