Yes, a great position, but they are relying too much on that. First room 109, the mattress was something from WW2, big mound in the middle and falling over the edges of the bed. Second room 111, we lost size in both room and bathroom. The stench from the "aromatic" oils in the foyer and study conflict and are overwhelming... More

Dear Sirs, We would like to thank you for reviewing our Hotel and posting your comment and for choosing our location for your stay in Florence. We had indeed a minor problem during your stay that caused an unpleasant odour in the lobby that, however, was sorted out in a couple of days. We apologize for any inconvenience it may... More

The hotel is very conveniently situated between Central train station/ Santa Maria Novella station and the Duomo. All the attractions and shops are in walking distance of the hotel. When we arrived, we were assigned a double room instead of the twin room, that I requested. The reception did their best and house keeping was sent off to find us... More

I have always found Florence to be one of the most difficult cities to get a good hotel without having to overpay. Although I paid a little more for the Cerratani than I wanted to, I was not disappointed. The location is absolutely perfect. By being so close to the train station, you save $ on not having to take... More

The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the train station, it does not have a sign that you can see walking down the street so you don't see the front door until you are in front of the hotel. It is only a 5 minute walk to the duomo making it an ideal location. The hotel is in need... More

This is a well situated luxury hotel with professional, courteous staff and amazingly comfortable rooms and beds. Occasional good discounts through overseas websites make this a best value for me in Florence. More

10 minute walk from the train station. Pre-booked it was great value for money. Traveled with my family and needed two rooms, although the suite I had would have accomadated four people if you have young children on the pull out couch. Rooms were larger than I expected, considering some of the posts. Breakfast was good although like everything in... More
