Just returned from a perfect week at Agriturismo Bevingano. Farmhouse accommodations (we stayed in Casa Gesuina) were simple but perfectly adequate: comfortable bed, plenty of hot water and good pressure in the shower, thick stone walls that kept the rooms cool during the day, functional kitchen.
Alessio, our host, and his mother Rita have lived on "the farm" for decades...
