We had a lovely two days at this small hotel, very centrally located in Taormina, Sicily. The sea view from our 1st floor balcony was beautiful and the view from the roof terrace is spectaculor. The room was basic, but very comfortable and the management and staff was always courteous and extremely helpful. We will definitely stay in this hotel... More

We stayed for two nights - 31st December and 1st January. The location is great - on the main street with parking (to pay for) nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was basic but OK. The breakfast was awful - on the first morning the bread was stale and should not have been put out for anyone... More

The rooms are very very simple, and the breakfast is poor. The location is great, just after the Porta Capona, upper entrance to the main street and close to the public parking. The wifi is poor. The main door of the hotel closes at 10pm, and after that is necessary to ring the bell and wait around 5 minutes to... More

First, don't arrive in Taormina without a reservation, even in November, or you might blow the budget. Luckily, Hotel del Corso had a room for me and my traveling companion that was reasonably priced compared with the going rates. It's somewhat of a hike from the bus stop, but in a great location near the end of the main street.... More

We were two couples traveling together and stayed at the Hotel Del Corso in early October. The location of the hotel is perfect - right in the heart of all that Taormina has to offer, so we could just walk anywhere we wanted to go. Rooms are nice, not extravagant. The breakfast room overlooking town and the ocean was a... More

Most helpful and friendly staff. This hotel is in the middle of town which makes you wonder where to leave the car but they give a discount for the main parking of town which then only sets you back 8 euro's per 24 hours. The town is busy and full of shops, bars and restaurants and that makes it a... More

We loved the location of the hotel. While the hotel is very basic, the owner and the people who work there are very nice. We normally stay in nicer hotels and at first were disappointed with just how basic these rooms were. We did not know to request a room with a view, but were lucky enough to get one.... More

This hotel is basic, yet really charming. And Graziela (the owner) and her staff did everything to make us feel at home. As a bonus they speak really good english - which helps. The breakfast is simple, but OK. And the view over Etna and the coastline from the breakfast terrace is totally amazing. The location - directly at Corso... More

Had 2 nights here in Sept 2011. Had the car, which I parked at the multi story car park. Was only about 5 mins walk fro there to the hotel. The hotel is right on the main street in Taormina. It's a very busy street, though pedestrianised so it was not that noisy. Our room was facing the street, but... More

Hallo Mr. Gareth, Thank you for your precious and pleased review. We are always happy to read the comments from people who actually stayed in our small family run hotel. I just want to be clear about the A/C. All the room are furnished of A/C so I found your comment a little weird. Every room has his own split... More

I stayed in this Hotel for nearly 2 weeks with my mother and sister and it was just perfect for us! The room was average size, cleaned every day always fresh towels and we had a FAB view from our balcony onto the courtyard where there was always something to look at be it a wedding or just the view...
