Nina welcomed us so warmly, the room was great, the location great, with so many bars and places to eat literally just down the street (although this did not make the room noisy at all). This is the second time we have stayed at Palermo Art. Nadia is the most friendly helpful owner and speaks English well. The rooms are spacious and clean with antique furniture and extremely clean and functioning bathrooms. There are balaconies overseeing Palermo streets. We were booked in an adjacent B&B but they didn't have a room for us so moved us here. (I did not consider that a negative for this facility.)
