My wife and I enjoyed this accomodation a lot. We stayed here for 3 nights as we visited Palermo. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city and Riccardo, our host, was very nice. One thing that distinguished this place among other accomodations we had in Sicily was the EXTENSIVE BREAKFAST; we appreciated this especially since we... More

If you are planning on going to Palermo in the nearest future, and looking for a cheap, clean and central place to stay, you should definitely choose this B&B! The B&B Kemonia is a charming "apartment" divided so each room has it's own private bathroom. We were welcomed by the very sweet, well-spoken (in English) and polite host. Our was... More

This B&B is a 10-15 min walk from the heart of downtown Palermo. The location is great, but only feels safe during the daytime. The B&B backs onto a large square, and you need to walk through some edgy streets to reach the city centre. The B&B itself is lovely – 3 large rooms, facing 3 large bathrooms. All rooms... More

Right next to Capo markets and within walking distance of great Palermo attractions (Cattacombs - 20 mins, best restaurant Trattoria Ai Cascinari - 3 mins, Ballaro markets - 5 mins). In a very nice part of town where you feel safe. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Double glazing on windows is awesome as Palermo's traffic can be quite loud. Private... More

This was our first stop on our three week Italy holiday. My friend and I were travelling on a tight budget and were so lucky to stay somewhere this nice and for so cheap! We arrived at night and had trouble finding the place (ended up having to pay €20 for a 4 minute taxi ride because we got lost)... More

The owner of this B & B was lovely. He took such pride in everything from the cleanliness of the rooms to the breakfast, making a trip down to the bakery every morning for fresh bread. The cost of the room was also amazingly low for Italy in August. My partner and I had a really pleasant stay. More

B&B Kemonia is a modern, comfortable, roomy and attractive accomodation in Palermo. Our host Riccardo was attentive and helpful. Found in an older building in a residential district, the B&B is newly renovated and nicely decorated - I particularly appreciated the roomy, modern, wonderfully tiled bathroom. It was convenient to all the sites in Palermo most could be reached by... More

Like a previous reviewer, we were a bit baffled to find our B&B on the 4th floor of a large building (there is a lift - taking 2 people and one suitcase). Having stayed for 5 days, I can only say that Ricardo's and Sara's service was second to none. The B&B is a 4-5 bedroom flat, well insulated and... More

Very good location. Riccardo and Sara are extremely kind and helpful in every way, for making your stay comfortable and for information about Palermo. The apartment is small and private - do not be put off by sharing a bathroom - and the rooms are large and comfortable. Thoroughly recommended - don't bother to look any further. Roger and Gillian...
