A beautiful grand hotel (once a bank), in lovely part of the old city. We had a very lovely room with both a large (not all rooms do) and a tiny balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful. Was positively impressed about tis hotel and it's rooms. You would not expect it when you see the buildings around. But you are in the centre of Palermo and the position is ideal. Will go back. Great service and attention. A former bank and stock exchange remodeled into a luxury hotel. Right in the middle of the heart of Palermo. General Manager hosted a welcome reception for our group with champagne and appetizers prior to dinner in the hotel. Spa was partially under construction, but fitness centre was available for use.
