We arrived without a reservation amid surviving the drive into the centre & bobs your uncle we took the last room: 100 Euros. I think we then paid an extra 5 Euros for breakfast which consisted of mini croissants, a small selection of cheese & salami slices & jams. I really liked our short one night stay here. The traditional... More

Checked into the hotel and THEN was told no spa appts available until April (this is mid March?!?) and when asked about the pool was told that 'its small and you can't swim'. Also told couldn't look in pool area as it was booked. ? First bottle of wine in restaurant was vinegar and sent back. Frig in room didnt... More

Good hotel, nice modern and quiet room (in the middle of Palermo no noise of traffic). We don't recognise the complaints of other reviews. The staff was helpful and the valet parking is superb. No problems to find a place for your car! More

The Quintocanto is a decent enough hotel in an old building - the rooms are decent sized and reasonably well appointed in a modern style. The hotel is quite central but the immediate locale is a bit shabby. What lets it down is that the service is intermittent so the reception service is sometimes good sometimes poor, sometimes your room... More

The only good point about this hotel is its ideal position in the middle of the old city. Beside that, absolutely no value for money. We paid for a Deluxe Room and: room too small, dirty chairs and table on the balcony (= not useable), wi-fi not working, solarium not accessible. Careful: the access to the so called "swimming pool"... More

Quintocanto is a very nice, clean hotel but be prepared for some shortcomings. The staff does not speak much English and they lack services to help the tourist around Palermo. The more you ask... the more the staff seems offended by the language barrier. Several guests experienced a sporadic internet connection but the staff told each of us seperately that... More

Stayed here for several days as part of a work trip with several colleagues. The hotel has a nice restaurant and a bar. It has a pool but we didn't use-- part of the 'spa stay' I think. When we first arrived it was quite strange that we had a take a very small elevator to the first floor to... More

We just returned from Palermo for our annual trip to Sicily and after having had a horrible stay at the Massimo Palace Hotel...decided to switch hotels and try something new on our way from Favignana. Luckily we came across this little gem right smack in the middle of historic center. This hotel is very modern with all the comforts of... More

Went for our anniversary, paid extra to stay in the room with the terrace overlooking the church (in all the photos) but unfortunately, when we arrived there was building work going on directly outside the room so we could not use the terrace. We were not informed or offered a different room, on the first day we arrived late and... More

Palermo was the last stop on our 3 week strip to Europe. The Quitocanto hotel was good for was it was. We stayed in the Suite. It was very spacious and well decorated. We didn’t explore Sicily because we wanted to just be able to relax. They have an outstanding spa that is very reasonably priced. Overall is was good. More
