We had a fantastic experience here, it was better than we expected! A deluxe hotel at a great price, right in the middle of the university town (pedestrian streets and piazzas) and the Duomo. We stayed at the Principe hotel for 4 nights and had a very good time. The people at the reception desk always try to do their utmost to please their customers. Don't hesitate to ask for recommendations on restaurants in the surroundings as well or get tours organised by the hotel.
