Just returned from 4 days in Catania staying at the Una Palace. I paid for a superior room but on arrival they advised me that they had upgraded us to an executive room. Fantastic! The hotel is doubtlessly the best in Catania having tried a number over the years. The breakfast is boring though. And many of the things one expects in a 4 star hotel though available HAVE to be asked for rather than being in the room awaiting the visitor. more
