The hotel didn't inform us about the construction works going on in the vicinity (2m from our window). The workers (working with hammers and pneumatic drills!) would start at 8.30am and finish after 5pm. Not many go to Sassari. We did and used it as a base to visit Alghero and then go north to Santa Teresa and in many ways we were glad that we did.
