Four night stay in September 2011. Firstly, if you have a car, then the car parking is free and fairly secure (underground to the back of the hotel). Visually, the hotel is not the best, having a car park for the bank out the front and off-set to the main road slightly. There is seating outside, which is pleasant enough.... More

The carpet in my room was incredibly dirty and the shower would run over after 30 seconds. This is an old hotel that badly needs a makeover. The food was good though and the staff did its best, but just like the rest of Vicenza, it was very dirty. More

Our trip was touring Italy with pre-paid half-board. Food was excellent in other hotels except three stays in Boscolo which were poor, with Vicenza being the worst. The half-board ingredients are either specially bought in or scraps. Example: seafood risotto starter containing only one small prawn, the seafood having been saved for "paying" customers, a 5mm thick "minute" steak well... More

Bad room, air conditioning not working, service sucks!! food is very bad and one of the worst location, stay away from this hotel. This was our third hotel in Italy and for some of my colleague the 10th, they saw better 2 star hotel in Italy. Definatly not a 4 star, even for European standards. More

This hotel is to be avoided. I stayed there while on a business trip last week. In summary: The location is poor. The food is awful. The fruit juices at breakfast are heavily dilluted. The kettles containing the coffee are not safe and one exploaded on a guest and hot coffee spilled all over them. The staff did nothing. Avoid... More

Dear guest, We are sorry that you don’t appreciate the location of the property; usually our guests appreciate it: the hotel is close to the Exhibition centre, just 1,25 km far from the Historical Centre of Vicenza and from the Train Station. We apologize you had problems with our juices that are usually appreciated. Your feedback will help us to... More

We had a nice stay here. The rooms were clean and nice and there was real air-conditioning. The staff were wonderful, kind and helpful. The front desk staff is excellent and knowledgeable. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was nice. If breakfast is not included it becomes very expensive. The mini-bar is expensive as well. The restaurant... More

Find somewhere else to stay in this pretty city. Stayed here 2 nights as part of a bicycle tour. I would never stay there again. There are problems with this hotel. Outside is run down and garden closed. From a walk along the road at night, it appears to be in a red light area. It is a mile from... More

This is an excellent modern hotel. We had a very comfortable, big, air-conditioned room on the sixth floor with fine views over the city. The en-suite bathroom was also good, the only criticism being that the shower was over the bath. The hotel lift is quite small. There is an underground garage. The Buffet Breakfast was very good. We were booked by travel agent associated with Girolibero and stayed two nights in two different rooms in the beginning and at the end of our biking trip in Veneto. Hotel has a modern style and it very clean and comfortable to sleep in but it is rather faceless and not at all appealing if you travel for vacations or... More

My excitement about staying @ a 4 star hotel ended at check-in. Never in all my years of travel (military, professional and personal) have I (our group) experienced such rudeness. The Room Manager's attitude continued throughout our 3 day stay. The final insult was the manner in which our group was addressed when informing the hotel of our need for... More
