The room and bathroom are nice. Our main problem was the noise from the street and people walking above us. Also the electricity stopped and since there was no staff in the building, we had to wait for someone to come to fix it in locked room where the fuses are. It is about 15 minutes walk to the center. A perfectly restored small residence hotel not far from centre.Large rooms with good facilities,breakfast in the room only,but wel stocked kitchen aerea so U could bring some extra's for breakfast too.... Do not confuse the Residence Antico San Zeno with the distinctly inferior Residence San Zeno located in the next street beside the river. The Antico is a fine hotel with helpful staff. The other is run by an untrustworthy old lady who rips off tourists. Make sure you arrive at the correct hotel. More
