Booked in advance through Hostelworld (no issues on booking) and arrived in Verona from flying in to Brescia Montechiari. Took a cab from the station to the hotel and booking was recognised ok. First hurdle jumped ok.
However entering the room (we did get a 'bis' room and did rattle around the door of somebody else's room for a while)....

Represents excellent value-for-money (stayed 3 nights). We had a large room compared to general hotel size. Also with complete kitchen (including cooktop & oven, plates and glasses and pots & pans). Hotel also has apartments for long-term stay - ideal for family stays. Friendly and helpful staff.
Long (and with luggage exhausting) walk from the station, so consider a taxi...
