Great location - I overlooked the famous Roman Arena - couldn't have asked for more! Room really well appointed if a little bit small but that didn't bother me at all due to the location and amenities. Would 100% recommend.

First impression was cramped! Door hit the furniture as we went in. However small it did have everything you would need, bed, shower room, fridge.
