Yes, I like the hotel mostly due to the outstanding services and great locations to the places of interest. I find the price is reasonable too. All the staffs are great is always ready to help you. I find my stay in this hotel to be very enjoyable. I would like to recommend a staff's whose service is beyond expectation.... more

Just returned from Italy where we stayed at the Guilietta e Romeo on 2 separate nights. We booked there as we were breaking our train journey to and from Milan and the South Tyrol and also wanted a look at Verona. When we arrived at the hotel both times by taxi, the staff appeared immediately to help us with our... more

The location was great and so was the room. The staff was most helpful and pleasant. Within easy walking distance to the Arena and shopping. The room was nice, bathroom spacious. Breakfast was plentiful and good. We would definately stay again and would recommend the hotel highly. more

Stayed in the Shakespeare Room (#100) on the entry level floor next to the breakfast area. The room's windows open to an enclosed patio that is locked at night, so it's possible to leave the windows open without fear of personal safety. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel cleanliness was first rate. The hotel has bicycles for... more

The hotel is centrally located behind the Arena and close to everything. We found the hotel staff friendly and helpful. Our en-suite double room was comfortable, with a small balcony overlooking the street, although we did not find this a problem. Breakfasts in the courtyard were very enjoyable and plentiful. We particulary liked the egg boiler! The hotel has garage... more

My wife and I stayed here for seven nights and had a ball. Great location, lovely rooms, super breakfast, and the most helpful staff. The location is out of this world, sixty seconds from the Arena and within easy walking of both excellent food and the best shops. more

Great location. Walkable to everything and Verona is a lovely city. Our room was small and clean and plain. Bathroom was nice and decent size. Breakfast was OK. Nothing hot. No cut fruit but some whole fruit. Nothing distintive. We only stayed one night and the location was great and it met our needs, but overall average. more

Highly recommended Location of this hotel could not be better - 40 metres from the Arena - 80 metres from great food/wine - 30 metres from one of Italy's best shopping streets - free parking on the street (a bit tricky to find at the wrong time of day) - and yet somehow the room managed to remain quiet inside.... more

Traveling in mid august, Verona was very hot but the hotel catered very well with an excellent air-conditioned room (103). Staff were friendly and helpful and the location, just off Piazza Bra, was superb. Main shopping street was mere yards away as were excellent restaurants in the same street. Ideally located for the Arena and the opera. more

Upon arriving at the hotel the concierge was on hand to take my bags and car keys. The location was perfect, right next to the Arena and the narrow streets meant very little traffic. The hotel location means there is little need for a car; €19 a night had it parked in a garage without me having to locate it!... more
