We checked in today. It turns out the hotel is scattered between two buildings the first guy we meet is anoyed that we tried to check in there ad rudely gives us the other address. It is just up the street. The girl at the check in was helpful but we have to come back to check in later, which... More

Stayed for two nights and found this hotel to be close to all the sites of verona in a quiet street. The private car parking facility is worth paying extra for if you are passing through verona by car and want very secure parking.Breakfasts were great with lots of choice including eggs and bacon.Staff were very friendly and helpfull. Stayed at this hotel on a recent trip to Verona. Ideally located, about 500 metres from Piazza Bra and the Arena. Clean, tidy and well maintained, all the rooms are modern and well furnished. Continental breakfast is supplied and sets you up for the day.Only downfall was no hot water on our last morning. Staff friendly and helpful and luggage... More

We stayed in a twin room for two nights at the start of our holiday. It's location is perfect for the city centre yet it is on a very quiet street. The hotel is full of character and the breakfast is fantastic - out of the four hotels we stayed in in Italy on this trip, the breakfast here surpassed... More

This hotel is in an excellent location to roam all of Verona. A lovely hotel with wonderful decor and lots of ambience. The staff were very friendly and although we couldnt check in straight away as we arrived very early they looked after our luggage and off we went for the day. The best thing I had read pre departure... More

Hotel was an easy 5 min (if that) cab ride from the train station. The receptionist was lovely - very helpful and welcoming. We had a ''small room'' on the top floor but we found it to be ample (we had two big and two small suitcases and still had room). The hotel had loads of character and was an... More

We arrived early and were unable to check in until 2. They let us leave our bags in the foyer with no security. Our room was in the separate building across the road with new facilities and was standard for what we have experienced for this price range. Nothing extraordinary good or bad with service although seemed to lack the... More

Very nice hotel excellent position about 3 mins walk to the beautiful center of Verona. It was hard to find the hotel with very little signage. Included was a very big breakfast unlike the rest of Italy. More

Clean room and centrally located, but service was lacking... Reception being across the road from the hotel didn't help. More
