Stayed at this hotel. We had a suite just around the corner from the main hotel. Excellent suite great staff, who are very welcoming and helpful.The breakfast was amazing so much to eat and delivered to our suite every morning. Ideal location for all of the main attractions in beautiful Venice. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

We had the ground floor room. The place has more place than a hotel room. Although there is a fridge and a microwave it lacking other facilities such as cutlery, cups and even a kettle to make tea or coffee. The Art Deco Residence is a great spot for a family. We had 3 spacious rooms. The location is perfect....right near everything and very quiet.
