The place is like a home in Venice. The room is good enough for a family of four and spacious enough to move around and has kitchenette. No breakfast provided. The toilet was also clean. I don't even understand how good advices can have been written. Rooms are dirty, ugly, it's cold and the heater didn't work. I became sick because of the cold. of the room. The shower: water is not very warm. So: don't go there ! However, Venice is soooo nice ! ; ))) More

I would recommend this residence. Stayed four nights end of September. Nice roomy apt on 2nd floor. All overlook the canal at the front, so can be quite noisy first thing in the morning.
