Excellent location - easy to find (which is a bonus in Venice) and close to the canals, bus and train terminals. A complimentary bottle of prosecco on arrival,a generously room and warm, friendly and helpful staff made our stay a real pleasure. The only niggles were a bit of a disappointing overly-sweet breakfast and the music from the bar next... More

We spent two nights in this hotel on our 10 day European vacation. We were shocked upon arrival in Venice, as it has been raining and the sidewalks were flooded. We had to roll up our pants and carry our suitcases to the hotel. However, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk and personally shown to our room. As... More

Okay, close your eyes and imagine... A 16th century ediface, ancient, blaconied, and beautiful, located on an exquisite canal away from the Mongol hordes. Now imagine a room decorated in the Venetian style, with wonderful amenities, a balcony view of the splendid activities of the waterway. Imagine the May sunset projecting itself directly down the Canal every evening. Imagine sitting... More

Extremely pleasant hotel in handy location. Very easy to find if arriving from Piasalle Roma and only a 10minute walk. Breakfast was nice with great coffee. The price as most in venice was high for the standard of hotel but not too bad. No complaints whatsoever...

Stayed twice now and looking forward to going again. Located in Canneregio and away from the main hotel area but still only a short walk away from most everywhere you want to go. The quality of rooms varies on what you pay although even the basic is very good. The only aspect slightly off-putting is the external view.

Smack on the Cannaregio canal, this hotel is just a few minutes walk from the railway station, just across from the historic Jewish Ghetto. I decided to trust to my new GPS, instead of humans, and took the shortest route it suggested to the hotel. I promptly got lost in a residential neighbourhood on the way, but it was a... More

Again we chose a hotel close to the train station and this hotel was 15 minute walk from the train station. Room was nice and clean with a lovely updated bathroom. Nice window to look out. The staff were very nice. Near lots of restaurants and shopping and walking. Breakfast was basic. we had a very early travel time on... More

We are still here as i write this review... From the moment we walked through the doors we were greeted with a standoffish and rude reception. We were told we booked two rooms, when we had only booked one through Venere.com. Upon telling them there was a mistake, they said we would still have to pay for the two rooms.... More

This is a quaint hotel with a lot of old character that gets the job done if you want to spend a night or two in Venice. My wife and I wanted to stay at a place close enough to Santa Lucia station so that we didn't have to travel by boat or far on foot. Additionally we wanted to... More

We stayed in this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel manager was really friendly and he made a reservation for us at a restaurant nearby. I can't remember the name but it was one of the best meals we've had. You get 'what's on' tonight, and we were served a table full of little tapa-style dishes, followed by... More
