Just returned from a fabulous trip to Venice made even better by discovering this hotel. Il Latto Azzurro sits on a quiet corner of the island of San Erasmo. Il Lato Azzurro and the pretty Island of Sant Erassmo provided the perfect compliment of peace and relaxation to our first trip to Venice, and for me Italy. The small hotel is situated on St. Erasmo - a very green island about 25 minutes from Venice. The people there are wonderful, kind and always give you a feeling of being at exactly the right place. We loved staying on this small, quiet friendly island. Saint Esrasmo is the market garden island of Venice. It takes 25 mins to get from here by boat to the main sights.
