The Junior Canal Suite comfortably accommodated our family of 5. The room was clean and the bathroom was a nice size. The self serve breakfast is pretty much would you would expect (cereals, fruit, croissants, coffee, etc). It is in a perfect location as it is only a very short walk to either the Accademia or Zattere vaporetto stops. Management... More

The location of Palazzo Guardi is wonderful and situated close to the Accademia Vaporeto stop and you don't have to pay an arm and a leg to be in the middle of Venice. It is also nice that this hotel is situated in the Dorsoduro district where you can find local restaurants and friendly little wine bars. You can easily... More

Very nice hotel, sittuated close to Accademia vaporeto stop, in a quiet zone and in a tight street (pay attention to this street, we passed away twice). We have the room nr.7. The room was big, clean, old fashion decorated. The bathroom is big ans clean also, modern, big windows inside. The dinning room is coquettish. The breakfast is buffet... More

The location of this hotel is as good as it gets. Having been to Venice before, when I stayed in Lido, I think this is as close as you can get to the grand canal and the center of the city without paying a fortune. The rooms were spectacular and spacious. We got a gorgeous twin room for 3 people... More

A wonderful city. Rather than taking the bus, we took a boat from the airport to Zattere. Slower, but a beautiful way to arrive. Arrived at the main hotel and went upstairs in the TINY lift, to discover that we were booked to stay in the annex, just around the corner on Sestiere Dorsoduro. We were given our own front... More

We stayed for two nights at Palazzo Guardi. We arrived at night and followed the directions given by the hotel before we arrived. We chose to take the bus from the airport to the central station in Venice, then a vaporetto to the Accademia stop. Our vaporetto ride along the Grand Canal at night was a wonderful bonus! The entrance... More

The hotel was located in the accademia district of Venice within easy reach of San Marco and the Rialto bridge. Clean, basic rooms but very spacious. Breakfast was ok - selection of cereal, fruit, yoghurts and croissants. The staff are very friendly and helpful - they prepared a coffee for us early evening as there are no facilities in the... I booked this hotel after hours spent on here researching hotels and in the end it surpassed expectations, the room, location, and atmosphere was everything we wanted. Located on the San Trovaso Canal, we had a junior suite with a canal view towards Zattere. This room was is in a building separate from the main hotel, however this in our... More

Located in a calm neighborhood. Helpful staffers. Spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped rooms: fridge, hair dryer, safe. Reasonably priced. Free wifi. Supermarket (Billa), restos and snack bars are a short walk away. Ok breakfast. Small bathroom, very narrow and slow elevator. But can't complain, I've booked a room for 5 people, for 2 nights and paid only 290eur. Best... More
