No Lobby, No room service, no restaurant, no internet, very expensive. Some rooms have no elevator. Be prepared to have a room in 6th floor but no elevator. More

As with all the other reviews this hotel is the sister hotel of the Monaco Grand Canal. You check in and check out at the Monaco.
