They serve well during day, in the night they have no bar, no mini bar and no friendly support at all. Really poor night reception, unfriendly and w/o any competences. Hope we have no issues with such weak personnel here. More

We loved that this place is within 5 minutes walking distance to St Mark's square! The only things I would have liked would be softer mattresses and better pillows. My shower was really small. The staff is awesome. The location, as I said, is great! More

Loved it - room small but wonderfully venetian. Breakfast room authentic & food plentiful. Couldn't be in a better position - easy to walk quickly to vaporetto & sights but not too busy/noisy. Would highly recommend for value, location and general ambience. More
