This is a charming family run hotel in a great location. Our room was huge by European standards. We were pleasantly surprised. Front desk staff provided directions and excellent restaurant recommendations. The second restaurant recommendation had the best pasta we've ever had! The hotel staff was charming and very helpful. The hotel is ideally located near by but not too nearby to Piazza San Marco. Our room worked perfect for our needs, and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast service. Its a great family run operation that we hope stays in business for a very long time.

We felt like we were invited into their home and treated like family. Gabrieli and Diego were helpful in every aspect - even helping to book our next stop in Florence when the language barrier prevented us from booking a hotel. It was clean with a perfect location and nice continental breakfast.

Friendliest Hotel we have stayed in. Only minutes from the ferries and St Marks square. Good selection of restaurants and bars right on the doorstep. We had a lovely big room and cannot find anything we did not like.
