My hubby and I stayed here for 3 nights on our visit to Venice. We had a great stay. The hotel is small but clean and comfortable. It was a really great price too- Venice is a bit expensive! Th location is really great-5 minute walk to Piazza San Marco, 5 minutes walk from the Vaporetta and many delicious Italian... More

Very good. 5 mins walk from San Marco and remarkably quiet! Very friendly and helpful service. Rooms great. Only criticism is the shower being a bit small. Reasonable price too (considering where it is)

Nice little hotel less than 5 minutes walk from St Marks Square. Rooms are very clean and nicely decorated, very comfy beds [room 10] showers are small but manageable! Breakfast was nice and set us up for a morning of sightseeing. Very friendly and helpful staff. We booked the island tour though reception. Generally the restaurants in Venice were expensive,... I stayed at the hotel in may 2012 for 5 days. We had many problems finding the hotel. The breakfast was small and we had little choice, The bathroom was soooo tiny to the point we could not shut the shower door when having a shower because we would not of been able to move, and there was very little... I booked this hotel first of all because of the good position. In fact, we were 3 minutes walking from Piazza San Marco and 3 minutes from the Vaporetto. Considering that Venice is very expensive, I think 177 euro for two nights during the week end it's not expensive at all, especially with that good position! Rooms are very small,it's... More

we were booked into another hotel but they transfered us to this small hotel. Rooms are extremely small and bathroom was terrible you had to sqeeze under the basin to sit on the toilet. Shower was terrible you had turn sideways to get into it you had to squat if you dropped the soap no room to bend down. we... More

We stayed in a twin room without a bathroom to keep costs down. Turned out to be a fantastic decision as the bathroom was right next door to the room and we never saw anyone else use it! The room itself was clean and beds comfortable. The room itself was a bit dark but this wasn't really a problem as... More

After a long train ride, and a short ride on the water taxi (vaporetto), we arrived at our hotel. It was located just off the St. Mark's square, but away enough to avoid the crowds. We were warmly greeted by the desk clerk, and then pointed to our room up a narrow flight of stairs. Very normal for a small,... More

The rooms are very small, so are the bathrooms. Close to the water taxi, in the center of everything, about 5 mins. from St. Marks which was great. All the sights within walking distance plus many excelent restaurants in front of your doors. Excelent breakfast. If you can dont drive into Venice, the parking was a complete rip off, we paid... More
