We stayed one night as we could only get 2 nights at our preferred hotel. The room was small, with frillydecor and stank of cigarrette smoke. It was noisy as it overlooked a bar and restaurant. The hotel is excellent value for money. The room wonderfully decorated, very clean, right on canal (so we watched supplies unloaded every morning - a great authentic down-home sight!).
