This little hotel is situated just yards from the water taxi stop in Accademia so it is very easy to get to. That's the good news. Two steps from the Accademia Bridge, a 15-min. walk from St. Mark's. Very convenient and quiet location. "Breakfast is 8-9:30, so we went without as we were out each morning by 8 a.m." This is in fact our breakfast schedule but we are always glad to serve it before or after upon request. We also serve breakfast to all our guests leaving the hotel very early (like 4 or 5 a.m.)....
