We had the best room (no.8) where we were served breakfast every morning in our room overlooking Academia Bridge and the Grand Canal. Read the rest of the reviews for intimate details, but we thought (apart from the beds which were very soft) that this place was astounding for location and value - plus Luciano and Stefano are super helpful!!!
