I would expect any hotel to be this good. It was good value and in a good location. We stayed three nights. There are great restaurants nearby as well as a local market (great strawberries) and 'Coop' supermarket. Easy access to Grand Canal vaporetto and the boat to the airport.

Nothing glamorous, but clean and comfortable (if dated) rooms, good shower, and great location right in old Venice, close to a lot of the best sites. Breakfast was fine but nothing to write home about.
