Nice little hotel with easy access from the vaporetti stop at San Samuele. Close to several very good restaurants and bars. Room and bathroom was very small but clean. Included Wifi access. Owners were very nice. Only negative was mosquito invasion if we left windows open at night, but stuffy if we closed them...

Location - comfort -helpfulness of staff - all GREAT. Appreciated the ease of getting around and the guidance provided by Judith. Tucked away but only a short distance from the watertaxi stop. Judith is committed to your experience as a traveler to this region and will guide you.

We went on the 19th February this year for two nights. The lady that checked us in was lovely and gave us lots of advice about where to eat and where the expensive tourist traps were. The room was a little cold in late January but the location is fine. Shower was strong and hot. The lady was very nice in giving direction and advice. There is wifi signal in my room and that was important. Some small things need to be fixed but not a concern to me.
