My partner and I enjoyed 3 great days in Venice and at this hotel. WE went during carnival time and a hotel we had previously booked would not let us check in after 8pm so 2 days before arrival they booked us in and said we could arrive at any time. They gave excellent directions that were easy to follow.... More

We stayed there in a triple room, the room was quite spacious and well equipped. The hotel has a lift which is not necessary available in all hotels of this range i Venice. The lift is small, but we enjoyed taking the narrow but very nice stairs. The breakfast is very good. The location is very good either you want... More

We needed one night's accommodation at the end of our honeymoon in Venice. This hotel had come recommended as second on a list from a friend. The first hotel was fully booked, we checked it out two days before and they couldn't show us a room then. We decided that at 210 euros, we should just take it. Overall, it... More

We arrived in Venice without having made a reservation. We saw this hotel and enquired if there was a vacancy. We were shown a couple of rooms and decided on a lovely room overlooking the garden restaurant.. The room was comfortable, clean and airconditioned. The complimentary mini bar was a lovely surprise. The staff were efficient and attentive. The breakfast items... More

This hotel was recommeded to us by my 88 year old aunt (I was skeptical). We loved the hotel and Venice more than we thought. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was more than satisfactory...the hotel was close to all the main areas without being noisy. The room was small but very comfortable...a little pricey, but then... More

This was my second trip to Venice after three years and I was unable to select the hotel myself, but after viewing the website and trusting that the one responsible for the booking knew what they were doing, I assumed it could not be bad. I normally scour and research for any of my trips no matter how short in... More

This hotel has a good location on Dorsaduro close to the Accademia. The reception staff are friendly and experienced. The hotel is on four floors with a small 2 person lift for those unable to manage the stairs. Rooms are compact, but homely and with some nice framed posters and terrazo flooring add local character. The room we used had... More

Nice quiet location away from major crowds. Near Accademia Bridge, water taxi, restaurants, internet cafe et al. Bathroom and sheets were clean. We would not recommend this hotel however due to lack of service, old, saggy furniture, bed coverings, tired rooms and overall poor attitude of proprietor (would not print boarding passes for flight.) The weather was sunny and a bit... More

Despite the great location this was expensive and poor value for money. Our double bed took most of the room space which was well worn. The breakfast was self service and with little choice and tiny quantities in a scruffy and badly cleaned dining room area. I would not recommend this hotel. More

Having stayed in Venice in different areas over many years, finally we found the perfectly placed, well priced small hotel with excellent facilities and helpful staff. More
