We arrived there as a family of four with confirmed booking. They informed us, that there were no rooms any more available. They offered us an overpriced alternative at the other end of the city, that we reached late in the evening, with kids and parents very upset and tired! We will never book there again nor can we recommend... More

I came to Venice planning another 2 day trip, however I soon deceided that I wanted to stay longer. Therefore I booked an extra 5 days at the hostel.
