When we arrived I was stunned we were staying here!! Beautiful!!! We arrived to the Pisani and were thrilled to say the least. Our first trip to Venice and I wanted to stay in a great place and we did. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our rooms were nice and very clean. Breakfast was a simple but perfect... This was our first trip to Venice and, to be honest, my expectations were somewhat low based upon all I had heard through the years (dirty, crowded, expensive). While it's true about being full of people (in large part tourists) and expensive (but not exceedingly so when compared to other tourist destinations), the city was actually quite clean and way... We had a romantic getaway for 2 here in May 2013 and it was wonderful. It is like going to a houseparty in a grand private house, it didn't feel like a hotel at all. The room was wonderful, as if staying in a national trust property in the uk. High painted ceiling and antiques, hidden bathroom behind the panelling!... More

The Palazzetto is a lovely spot to stay in Venice. Great location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great - don't miss freshly squeezed orange juice and perfect coffee. We stayed in the Benzon Suite which is located in the Annex of the hotel. It is very large, with well equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and living... More

Venice strikes me as the type of place where people who never go anywhere in their life go for their one great splurge. Consequently, I've never seen a hotel market like this. I was most pleased with Palazzetto Pisani for value. Pros: -I made very sure we were booked at Palazzetto Pisani itself. It was fun to enjoy the ambiance... More

We arrived at this Hotel only to be told that our room would not be ready for a few hours, being excited about being in Venice I let this slide, but then after an additional hour & an a half I was annoyed. They were doing renovations! Who renovates a room when a guest is arriving? The staff were rude... More

We stayed at Palazzetto Pisani last weekend, we had a suite overlooking the grand canal and it was beautiful. The room, lounge and ornate bathroom were clean and spacious. It felt very regal and steeped in history. We managed to see quite a lot of other rooms and other parts of the house and it was a real treat. The... More

We have been very pleased to discover this hotel, placed in some famous old Venetian palaces near the accademia bridge. The people there are very nice, so were the room (suite del conte), and it was one piece of the magic of Venise !

I stayed at the Pisani with a great haggle of parents and siblings and aunts and uncles in mid-September 2011. Nicolo was kind enough to let us wander freely in the entire house, other than the one room being occupied by a French couple. Nicolo was also very helpful in suggesting the best way to reach the Palazetto (taxi boat,... More
